Birth doula

Basic Doula Package:

• 1 Prenatal Visit, Continuous Support via Text/Email, on call for Birth from 38-42 weeks, & 1 Postpartum Visit.

  • $1000 Non-Military

  • $800 Military

Virtual Doula Support:

• 1-2 Virtual Prenatal Visits, Continuous Virtual Support via Facetime/Text/Email, on call virtually for Birth from 35-42 weeks, & 2 facetime Postpartum calls. Only $700!

• Virtual Doula Support provides informational and educational support for people that may want to limit the amount of people in their birth room. This also provides your birth partner someone to contact for guidance on how best to support their birthing partner. A great benefit is that you can be anywhere in the world and still receive the benefits of a doula. Just like a normal package, I will help you and your partner with birth positions, writing out your birth preferences, becoming more knowledgeable on how to advocate for yourself, provide resources, and overall encouragement. I fully believe that no one should go without birth support and my hope is that this will help empower my clients to have the tools to advocate effectively for what they deserve in their birth space.
  

  Deployed Spouse Doula Support:

• 1 Prenatal Visit, Continuous Support via Text/Email, on call for Birth from 38-42 weeks, & 1 Postpartum Visit.

  • $600

    Doula-ing 101 meeting:

• This 2 hour meeting is a crash course for birth partners that want to learn some doula techniques in order to better support their birthing partner. These clients will have access to all of my handouts for reference during their birthing time. I will talk through birth positions, how to encourage, and advocate for their birthing partner. We will create a birth preference list and answer any questions or concerns in a safe place. $300
